I’m Chrishawn Smith — Founder of Essence of Royalty Coaching.
My work is centered on helping women move beyond surface-level growth and step into the fullness of who they are.
Not by becoming someone new —
but by uncovering what has always been there.
For years, I excelled in environments that required discipline, structure, and leadership. I learned how to perform, how to achieve, and how to carry responsibility well.
But like many women, I also experienced what it feels like to show up in life… while feeling disconnected from myself.
To carry titles, roles, and expectations —
yet still question who I truly was underneath it all.
That experience led me into a deeper journey of identity, alignment, and personal transformation.
Not just understanding who I was —
but learning how to live in alignment with it.
The Shift
The shift wasn’t just about clarity — it was about embodiment.
I realized that clarity alone wasn’t enough.
